Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an applicant that has a passion for technology! Have you always been the family or work “IT/Computer” person? Or, do you currently work in the “IT” field and are looking for something other than the boring cubicle? Do you know how to build computers, install operating systems, build websites and even write code (pythons easy right? lol)? We may be looking for you!
What do we offer?
This is a new position for our company and may have several employment type options available.
A typical employee enjoys the following:
A company vehicle, gas card, for most positions and company phone: Most technicians can take the vehicle home every day. This is a benefit for you would be eligible for as a full time employee.
All tools are provided: You will not be required to purchase ANY tools to do your job.
Hourly pay. (Unless on a contract basis)
Company paid training: (Yes, we pay you for the time you are off work as well to attend training).
We have a very solid tech support TEAM in house but are looking to make this the primary IT support position.
No Weekends: We are only open Monday – Friday 8-5. (We are exploring a 4 day work week)
Paid vacation and personal leave.

We are exploring medical insurance options for the company.
What does a Technology Specialist do?
Depending on the specialty and experience of the technician a Technology Specialist may be required to:
Resolve PC based issues at the facility and our units deployed in our mobile vans and at clients shops or collision centers that we own.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, related to OEM software (Training will be provided for OEM software).
Light website maintenance in our internal systems, as well as developing web based systems we will utilize in house and in our vans.
An IDEAL CANDIDATE will have some python (or other) programming experience to aid in the creation of software to help our technicians or customers operate more efficiently.
Requirements:
PC building experience (CompTIA A+ not required but desired)
WordPress based website building experience is a plus!
Computer programming experience is a big plus!
Have a passion to learn and grow your automotive and information technology knowledge.
Have a great attitude and be TEAM oriented in your actions.
Have a clean driving record.
Pass a background check and drug test.
Occasionally lift 50 pounds.
Spend multiple hours a day in and out of a work vehicle.
