You’ve Found the Perfect Role—Because It’s Yours!
You’re the kind of person who puts the client experience first. You’re not here to sell; you’re here to inform. As our new Client Advocate, you’ll be the bridge between our skilled technicians and our valued clients—helping them understand exactly what their vehicle needs for a proper and safe repair.
And the best part? You’ll be treated with the same care and respect that we expect you to show our clients.
What’s in It for You?
Company Vehicle & Phone – After your 90-day probationary period, you’ll have access to a company vehicle with paid fuel and a company phone.
Competitive Pay – Starting at $18/hr for entry-level automotive knowledge, with more based on your experience and skills.
Company-Paid Training – Over 100 hours of structured, instructor-led training every year (and yes, you’re paid for your time off work to attend, usually you are in overtime!).
No Weekends, Ever – We’re open Monday – Thursday, 8 AM – 6 PM so you can enjoy long 3 day weekends every week!
Paid Time Off – Because everyone deserves a break.
Company-Paid Lunch Every Wednesday – Usually no pizza—Andolini’s or Savastano’s kind of pizza if we do.
Company-Paid Short-Term Disability & Accident Insurance – Because we’ve got your back.
Medical Insurance on the Horizon – We’re actively exploring the best options for our team.
Who Thrives Here?
If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, has experience writing automotive repair estimates, and values a team that takes care of each other, you’ll fit right in.
